Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, dashboards, content and services made available under the INVEXIA and INVEXIA ALGO AI brands.

The Services include services made available through invexia.com, algoai.invexia.com, associated subdomains, mobile or web applications, APIs and related communication channels.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Services or otherwise using INVEXIA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

INVEXIA and INVEXIA ALGO AI are trading names of Globalinvest Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 10487895.

Depending on the plan, jurisdiction, development status and features enabled for your account, the Services may include:

• Risk and exposure analysis

• Broker, market-data or platform integrations
• Affiliate and referral functionality
• B2B, white-label or partner services

Features may be added, changed, restricted, suspended or discontinued. Some features may be described as beta, pilot, experimental or preview. Such features may be incomplete, unstable or subject to additional limitations.

INVEXIA is a technology and software platform. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, INVEXIA is not a broker, does not hold client money, does not provide portfolio management or personalised investment advice, does not act as a fiduciary, and does not guarantee investment or trading performance.

All strategies, reports, scores, signals, rankings, explanations and AI-generated outputs are provided for educational, research, analytical and strategy-development purposes. Your use of the Services does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, agency or partnership relationship.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, you are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction, you are not subject to sanctions that prohibit your use, you will use the Services only for lawful purposes, and you understand that trading involves significant risk.

Certain Services require an account. You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password and authentication credentials, prevent unauthorised access, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or sublicensed without our written permission.

Some Services use artificial intelligence, machine learning, deterministic strategy engines or combinations of these technologies. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable.

You must independently review and validate all outputs before relying on them. You must not use an AI output as the sole basis for a financial, investment, legal, tax, compliance or other high-impact decision.

Backtests and simulations are hypothetical analytical tools. They may not reflect current market conditions, actual execution prices, liquidity, spreads, commissions, slippage, latency, rejected orders, psychological factors, broker-specific rules, or future market behaviour. You are responsible for reviewing the assumptions, parameters, data periods and methodology used in any backtest. INVEXIA does not warrant that a backtested strategy can be reproduced in live trading.

Signals and notifications are structured workflow outputs and are not personalised trading recommendations. Strategy Discover, rankings, badges and published results are provided for research and discovery. INVEXIA does not endorse a strategy merely because it is displayed, ranked, scored, followed or published. Historical performance does not predict future performance, and following a strategy does not automatically copy trades. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use any strategy or signal.

Your relationship with a broker or trading platform is separate from your relationship with INVEXIA. Where an integration is enabled, you authorise us to transmit or receive the data necessary to provide the requested feature. The broker remains responsible for order acceptance, execution, pricing and account administration.

Unless expressly enabled and clearly disclosed, INVEXIA does not place trades automatically on your behalf. You must not enter broker passwords, private keys or sensitive credentials into AI prompts, community areas or ordinary text fields.

You retain ownership of your User Content (strategies, prompts, charts, images, files, trading records, journal entries, backtest data, code, comments, feedback and other information submitted through the Services).

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyse, transmit, display and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

You must not use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or extract data without permission, overload or disrupt the Services, reverse engineer the Services except where legally permitted, resell or sublicense the Services without authorisation, impersonate another person, manipulate rankings or performance records, or remove intellectual-property or risk notices.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action.

The Services, including software, interfaces, designs, databases, models, workflows, documentation, logos, trade names and proprietary methodology, are owned by or licensed to Globalinvest Ltd.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own lawful purposes during your subscription or authorised access period. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Paid plans are offered at the prices, billing intervals and feature limits displayed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically, payment is charged in advance, taxes may be added where applicable, and unused allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the account interface or by contacting us. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period, and partial billing periods are not refundable.

Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights, including a right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, technical failures, third-party outages, legal requirements, misuse investigation, or events outside our reasonable control. We are not obliged to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, payment is overdue, your use creates security or legal risk, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, required by law or a competent authority, or continued provision is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Services will meet all your requirements, outputs will be accurate or complete, a strategy will be profitable, market data will be current or executable, generated code will be error-free, integrations will remain available, or the Services will be uninterrupted or secure against every threat. Nothing in these Terms constitutes investment advice or a guarantee of trading performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, INVEXIA is not liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profit or opportunity, loss caused by reliance on an AI output, losses arising from a strategy, signal or backtest, broker execution or liquidation, incorrect or delayed market data, loss or corruption of user data, or indirect, consequential or special loss.

Our processing of personal data is described in the INVEXIA Privacy Policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, analytics and other disclosed purposes. Where required, non-essential technologies will be activated only after appropriate consent. You can manage your preferences at any time via Cookie Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

For consumers, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protection provided by the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides. A consumer may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
