INVEXIA provides technology, software, strategy-development, backtesting, research, educational and analytical tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, INVEXIA:

• is not a broker or trading venue
• does not hold or safeguard client money or financial instruments
• does not manage investment portfolios
• does not provide discretionary investment management
• does not provide personalised investment, financial, legal or tax advice
• does not assess whether a financial instrument or strategy is suitable or appropriate for you
• does not act as your fiduciary, investment adviser or financial representative
• does not guarantee that any strategy, signal, analysis or generated code will be profitable
• does not guarantee the execution, price, timing or outcome of any transaction

Nothing made available through INVEXIA constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or invitation to buy, sell, subscribe for or otherwise deal in any financial instrument.

INVEXIA does not control your broker's margin, liquidation, execution or account-protection policies.

Past performance, simulated performance, backtested performance, hypothetical performance and AI-generated projections are not reliable indicators or guarantees of future results. A strategy that performed well historically may perform differently or fail completely in live market conditions. No representation is made that any user will achieve profits or results similar to those displayed, simulated, discussed, ranked or analysed through INVEXIA.

Backtests and simulations have inherent limitations. Results may be affected by inaccurate or incomplete market data, survivorship bias, selection bias, look-ahead bias, overfitting, unrealistic assumptions, slippage, execution latency, broker-specific contract specifications, and differences between demo and live accounts.

A backtest normally cannot reproduce all psychological, operational, liquidity and execution pressures associated with live trading. You are responsible for reviewing all assumptions and determining whether a backtest is relevant to your intended use.

INVEXIA uses artificial intelligence and automated analytical systems to assist with tasks including strategy structuring, chart analysis, backtest interpretation, risk review, code generation, and AI Coach or AI Agent functionality.

Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, inconsistent or outdated outputs. AI systems may misunderstand instructions, generate logically inconsistent rules, produce code containing errors, or generate statements that appear confident but are incorrect.

AI-generated content must never be relied upon without independent human review. You remain responsible for validating every strategy, rule, calculation, report, chart interpretation, risk parameter, signal and code output before using it.

Strategies and generated trading logic may contain contradictory rules, incorrect position-sizing logic, unsuitable stop-loss or take-profit settings, coding or compilation errors, or behaviour that differs from the user's original intention.

Any Expert Advisor, script, rule set, API workflow or MT5-ready output should be independently reviewed and tested in a controlled environment before any live use. Testing in a demo environment does not guarantee equivalent behaviour in a live environment.

Signals, alerts and notifications available through INVEXIA are structured outputs generated by strategy conditions or related workflows. They are not personalised recommendations or instructions to trade.

Signals may be delayed, duplicated, missed, delivered after market conditions have changed, based on incorrect data, or invalidated before delivery. You decide whether, when and how to act on any signal.

Strategy Discover, rankings, badges, scores, published backtests and community-generated materials are provided for discovery, research and educational review.

A ranking, score, badge or publication status is not an endorsement by INVEXIA, does not establish that a strategy is profitable or suitable, and does not verify the identity or competence of its author.

INVEXIA is not a copy-trading service. Following, saving or reviewing a strategy does not mean that trades will be copied automatically.

Market data and financial information may be provided by brokers, exchanges, market-data providers, public sources or other third parties. Such data may be delayed, indicative rather than executable, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to correction. Prices displayed by INVEXIA may differ from prices available through a broker or trading venue. You should verify all relevant information through your broker or another authoritative source before taking action.

INVEXIA may provide integrations, exports or connectivity with MetaTrader 5, brokers, market-data services or other third-party systems. Unless a specific execution feature is expressly enabled and separately disclosed, INVEXIA does not place trades automatically on your behalf.

INVEXIA does not control spreads, liquidity, slippage, fills, rejection or liquidation. INVEXIA does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity with any broker, API, server, bridge or trading platform.

You must monitor any live trading system and maintain the ability to stop, disable or close it through the relevant broker platform.

The Services may be affected by internet outages, hosting interruptions, software defects, database errors, API failures, cyberattacks, delayed notifications, device failure, browser incompatibility, maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk controls and security measures can reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate them.

INVEXIA may display or connect to third-party brokers, payment processors, market-data providers, AI providers, websites or software services. The presence of a third-party name, logo, integration or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, risk disclosures and regulatory status. You are responsible for evaluating any third party before entering into a relationship with it.

References to MiFID II, DORA, compliance awareness, auditability, risk controls or regulatory concepts describe design principles or educational analytical features. They do not mean that INVEXIA is authorised as an investment firm, that INVEXIA provides regulatory or legal advice, that a strategy has been approved by a regulator, or that a user or broker is compliant with applicable law. Formal legal and compliance decisions should be made by appropriately qualified professionals.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Services, reviewing and validating all outputs, selecting and maintaining your broker relationship, understanding the products you trade, configuring strategies and risk parameters, monitoring any active system, complying with applicable laws, and all trading and investment decisions made by you.

You should never enter broker passwords, private keys, payment credentials or other sensitive authentication information into an AI chat or ordinary text field.

Before using a strategy in live trading, you should consider obtaining advice from an appropriately authorised financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser or other qualified professional. INVEXIA cannot determine whether trading or a particular strategy is suitable for your individual circumstances.

By accessing or using INVEXIA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclaimer and accept the risks associated with trading, strategy development, artificial intelligence, backtesting, algorithmic systems, market data and third-party integrations.
